Brennen – Class of 2015

I don’t normally do shoots for guys, but I’m always up for the challenge.

Brennen’s shoot was the first in one crazy week. I was balancing finals, creating my new site, interviewing for a new job, and a week packed full of senior shoots.

Prior to this shoot, I was scouting out some ‘manly’ spots to have his session at. My normal go-to locations don’t exactly scream, “I’m making the transition from boy to man.” I mean, what guy wants to have his shoot in a field full of flowers? I don’t know too many.

We ended up going to an old factory that just so happened to be about 30 steps away from his house. Small world right?

As I was taking Brennen’s pictures, I asked him what his plans for the future were. He said that he’s going to do summer sales. I thought that was so amazing! It takes a lot of guts to move away from your family the day after you graduate to a city that’s foreign to you and sell something to complete strangers.

Kudos to you Brennen!
