Winter Minis | Logan UT Photographer

Every season I try to offer a couple of days for mini sessions. Mini sessions are great if you have young children, you don't need as many pictures as a full session offers, your loved ones HATE having their photos taken (minis are only 20 minutes and bearable for those who think photoshoots are unbearable), and they're perfect for extreme weather situations. Winter is definitely a time of the year that is breathtaking, but also will take your breath away from how cold it is. Mini sessions are a perfect alternative if you don't want to totally freeze your bum off.

This year, I offered three mini session days in my FAVORITE winter wonderland location. I was pleasantly surprised when I was booked out for all three days.

The weather for all three of the days couldn't have been more different. The first was an ABSOLUTE blizzard, which made for some really pretty pictures. The second day was bright and warm (for winter anyway), the third was windy and ICE COLD. All three days offered their own unique beauty.

I'm so thankful for the short, but meaningful, time I spent with all of my clients during my winter minis this year. I shot it all in the three days! From portraits to families, I had a blast. I fell in love with each of the sessions, for different reasons. The pictures were stunning, and I'm so excited to finally share them all with you!
