Going through all of Tryston and Bre's wedding pictures makes me realize how much I miss summer weddings. Although this was admittedly one of the hottest weddings I had this last summer, I would give anything to go back to warmer weather. Reliving this perfect day would be an added bonus too!
I arrived at the Draper temple and was BLOWN AWAY. I had never shot a wedding at this temple before, and I could immediately picture all of the perfect locations it would offer for photo ops. Shortly after I arrived, the newlyweds exited the temple with the biggest smiles on their faces! They were immediately greeted by ecstatic friends and family. From this moment, I knew that this day would be filled with so much love. I wasn't wrong.
If you saw my last post on this couple, you know I blew my tire out going to their formals. They kindly gave me a ride back to my car, and we bonded the whole way back. I felt like these two were my new best friends, so I was elated to see them FINALLY married. They're absolutely perfect for each other.
We did the usual family pictures and when it came time to do the bridal party photographs, I was BLOWN AWAY. This party is definitely the largest one I've photographed yet - but also the most fun. It speaks volumes of how many people love this couple and wanted to support them on the happiest day of their lives.
Fast forward to their reception where the decor was on point and the food was BOMB. If you know me, my diet is practically sugar, so I was one happy gal. They played the newlywed game, which is becoming a common occurrence during receptions. It's such a great way to get a glimpse into couple's lives together - and it always evokes some good laughs.
During Tryston and Bre's first dance, Bre's mom sang. HOLY GUACAMOLE it was gooooood. I was overcome with emotion during their first dance, and I'm convinced there wasn't a dry eye in the house.
When it came time to say goodbye to the Mr. and Mrs. they had confetti poppers. To me, this was such a creative way to have their exit, and it's one of my favorites to date.
The love Tryston and Bre have is one of a kind. I wish them the happiest of lives together.
Meet Mr. and Mrs. Droubay.
