First, let me say that I have been completely slacking on blogging my sessions. I know, shame on me. The important thing is that I’m doing it now, right?!
Second, I need to address that I married into one good looking family. Granted, this family contains my Uncle-In-Law, Aunt-In-Law, and Cousin-In-Laws (if those are even real things), but still! They are one gorgeous group of individuals.
Dawn contacted me back in January to schedule a session for her and her family. I was so excited! With the craziness of life, I didn’t get to see the Swainston family near enough. If it took taking pictures of them to get some valuable face time with them, I was definitely in! SPOILER ALERT! Come July, these photographs will no longer be relevant since there will be a new member added to this family. Yay for weddings!
I’ll be honest, I have a love hate relationship with winter sessions. The outcome is ALWAYS gorgeous, but the cold is almost unbearable. This session was no exception, especially since we took them at the crack of dawn. The Swainston’s handled it like champs, though. You wouldn’t even know they were shaking in their shoes by the look of their photographs. So here’s to braving the cold to successfully get some beautiful photos!
