I took Whitney's senior pictures what seems like ages ago. It was only probably about 3 or 4 years ago, but so much life has happened since then! Whitney was my first person I ever tried out my then fancy lens and camera with, and truly, that's when I decided I wanted to do this photography thing seriously. Here we are now, and SHE'S GETTING MARRIED. I love when things come full circle.
I always start my sessions out with the pictures mom and grandma will be ticked if we don't get. You know, the chillin + smiling looking at the camera pictures. I feel it always helps my clients ease into the more crazy, intimate poses I have up my sleeve. Wellll with Mason + Whit, they had no trouble getting comfortable in front of the camera. I felt like I was a paparazzi following an in love couple around the snowy mountain tops. It was magical.
Watching these two interact with each other was special. Mason kept complimenting Whitney the entire session, calling her a 10 and telling her she was beautiful. EVERY GUY NEEDS TO DO THIS FOR THEIR WOMAN. It was so sweet. I could see the love in Whitney's eyes every time she looked at Mason, and I felt truly honored to be a part of those moments.
I'm counting down the days until their formal session, because I know it's going to be SO GOOD. I can't wait to see the look on Mason's face when he sees Whitney in her wedding dress. I'll bring tissues FOR SURE.
