It’s a funny thing how everybody thinks they aren’t photogenic. This was the case with Kayla, as it is with most people. I believe that everyone can be beautiful in pictures if you have the right photographer. Kayla is crazy to think such a thing, because she is beautiful inside and out.
I was so excited about this shoot. I had just gotten my new lens, and we were shooting at an indoor venue I had been dying to get my camera on for months. The excitement was very high for this shoot, and it definitely didn’t disappoint.
It was so great seeing her, and being able to catch up. (We were friends back when I was in high school.) One of my favorite things about senior shoots is asking them what the future holds for them. Kayla is going to be attending Dixie in the fall, and she will take St. George by Storm. (Get it because Dixie is the Storm?)
This shoot was a dream. The lighting was immaculate. The weather was warm. The location was utterly perfect. Most importantly, my subject was radiant.
Good luck with all that you do in the next years, Kayla.
