Here I am, writing this after what feels like an eternity after Macaela and Braxton's wedding (WOW I'm so good at blogging, NOT). But I still remember this day like it was yesterday. There have been few weddings that I've actually shed tears at (heartless), and this was one of them. Their vows were so full of emotion and love that I lost it. It was one of the most touching/beautiful ceremonies I've had the pleasure of being a part of.
The location for this wedding was absolutely TO DIE FOR. If you've never been to City of Rock, don't walk - RUN THERE. It's like an adult Disneyland. Okay, maybe that was a stretch, but it's still incredible.
I got ready with Macaela and her girls are morning, and I felt so welcomed by each and every one of them. They hung out, got their hair and makeup done, ate some food, drank some dranks, and just talked. It was such a relaxing morning.
The ceremony came, I don't think there was a dry eye in the audience. It was touching, as I said above, and they were FINALLY husband and wife! They danced down the isle, kissed each other, and family/friends surrounded them with hugs and congratulations.
The night was spent dancing the night away, eating pizza, and making smores. The sun set beautifully on a day that couldn't have been more perfect.
I am absolutely so thankful for Braxton and Macaela. Their love is once in a lifetime, and I still can't believe that I was able to capture it all.
Meet the Cornias!
