Cole and Jordin met while they were both attending Preston High School. While they were in high school, they both were steadily dating other people. After high school is when all the magic happened! They began to date, and Cole moved to North Dakota to work in the oil fields. They dated long distance for quite some time, and then Cole moved back to Preston to work on his father’s farm.
I worked with Jordin at the time that Cole moved back home, and I remember asking her when they were going to get married. She told me that they weren’t planning on getting married anytime soon, and two weeks later she was asking me to take their engagements pictures. I was PUMPED. They are the cutest couple, and I knew that my camera was going to go crazy for their love.
We traveled the long way to Tony Grove, in May I might add, and my car got stuck in about a foot of snow. Luckily for me, Cole drives a big truck and was able to get us out of the snowy mess I had originally gotten us into! It was a work of fate for us not to be able to make it all the way to our destination, because the locations we ended up at were absolutely perfect for my sweet couple. Life has a funny way of working out that way doesn’t it?
